Draft for legal counsel review - not yet in force.
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Emelum OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia, registry code 17234831, registered address Nõmme tn 30, Kärdla linn, Hiiumaa vald, 92412, Estonia ("Emelum", "we", "us", "our"), and the person or organization accepting them ("you", "your"). Emelum operates the BizKard digital business card platform available at bizkard.me (the "Service"). BizKard is a product of Emelum OÜ and is not a separate legal entity.
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
1.1. These Terms, together with the documents listed below, form a single agreement between you and Emelum (the "Agreement"). Each of the following documents is incorporated into these Terms by reference:
1.2. A breach of any incorporated policy is a breach of these Terms and may be enforced under these Terms, including through suspension and termination under Sections 14 and 15.
1.3. Order of precedence. If there is a conflict, the following order applies: (a) a signed order form or enterprise agreement, if any; (b) the DPA (for personal data processing matters); (c) the AUP (for use restrictions); (d) these Terms; (e) the other policies.
2.1. BizKard is used by both individuals and organizations. In these Terms:
2.2. Most provisions of these Terms apply to everyone. Where a provision applies differently to Consumers, this is stated expressly, in particular in Section 10 (withdrawal right), Section 17 (indemnity), Section 18 (liability), and Section 20 (governing law and venue). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right that a Consumer has under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract. [COUNSEL] Please confirm the consumer/business dual structure and each consumer carve-out against the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Directive (EU) 2019/770 (digital content and services).
2.3. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and if you are 16 or 17 years old you must have parental consent for paid subscriptions (see Privacy Policy Section 13). You must have legal capacity (or verifiable parental consent) to enter into this Agreement.
2.4. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions administered by the European Union, the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), or other applicable authorities, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.
3.1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, with or without your knowledge or consent, except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security. You will notify us promptly at legal@bizkard.me of any suspected unauthorized access.
3.2. You will provide accurate billing information and keep it current.
4.1. The Service offers team workspaces in which an organization (the "Workspace Owner") creates and manages digital business cards for multiple members, subject to the card limits of the applicable plan.
4.2. The Workspace Owner is responsible for the workspace. The Workspace Owner: (a) is responsible for inviting, managing, and removing members and administrators, and for all acts and omissions of workspace members and administrators as if they were its own; (b) represents and warrants that it has the authority, and where required the consent of the individuals concerned, to create, edit, publish, and unpublish cards for each member of the workspace, including use of each member's name, title, photo, and contact details; and (c) is responsible for removing or unpublishing the cards of individuals who leave the organization or withdraw their consent.
4.3. Personal data of workspace members and of leads captured through workspace cards is processed by Emelum on the Workspace Owner's behalf under the DPA, with the Workspace Owner (or its principal) as controller.
5.1. BizKard lets you create digital business cards, publish them as public card pages, share them (including by link and QR code), capture contact details of people you meet ("Leads"), scan physical business cards to extract contact details, record voice notes that are transcribed into contacts, generate card header images with AI, view analytics about your card pages, and export contacts (including as vCard files) and analytics (as CSV files). The card page also offers viewers convenience features, including an "Auto Follow-Up" button that opens a pre-addressed message draft in the viewer's own email client; BizKard itself does not send messages to Leads (see Section 8.4).
5.2. We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality of your paid plan; for Consumers, we will comply with any mandatory notice and termination rights under applicable law for modifications of a digital service.
5.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. No service levels or uptime commitments apply unless separately agreed in writing.
5.4. API and MCP access. The Service exposes an authorized API/MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint through which your own AI tools and assistants can access your workspace data, including your cards and Leads, after you authorize them through an OAuth consent flow. Use of the Service through the API/MCP endpoint is subject to these Terms and the AUP. You are responsible for the tools and assistants you authorize, for the instructions you give them, and for revoking access you no longer want.
6.1. "Card Content" means all content you or your workspace submit to or create in the Service, including names, titles, photos, logos, brand assets, links, descriptions, and any other material appearing on your cards or card pages.
6.2. You are solely responsible for Card Content, including its accuracy and lawfulness. You represent and warrant that: (a) the information on each card is truthful and represents you, or a person or organization that has authorized you to represent them (see the AUP); (b) you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use all photos, logos, trademarks, and other materials on your cards, including any employer branding; and (c) Card Content and our hosting and display of it as you instruct will not infringe any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and personality rights) or violate any applicable law.
6.3. We do not review or verify Card Content. We may, but have no obligation to, remove or unpublish content in response to legal notices, takedown requests, or AUP violations, without liability to you.
7.1. When you publish a card, it becomes available as a public web page (currently at bizkard.me/c/your-chosen-slug) that anyone with the link can view, and its contents (such as name, title, and contact actions) can be viewed, saved as a contact file, and shared by visitors. Public card pages are indexable by search engines and may appear in search results. A private or unlisted card option is planned but not yet available; until then, every published card is public and indexable. Publishing is your choice. You decide what information appears on your card and when it is published.
7.2. You can unpublish a card at any time using the Service's controls, after which the public page ceases to be available. Copies already saved or shared by visitors (for example, downloaded vCard files) are outside our control.
7.3. Card slugs (the URL portion identifying your card) are allocated on a first-come basis, must not infringe third-party rights or impersonate others, and may be reclaimed or reassigned by us where reasonably necessary (for example, trademark disputes, AUP violations, or account closure).
8.1. The Service enables you to collect personal data of third parties: (a) contact details submitted by people who view your card and choose to share their details with you; (b) contact details you extract by scanning physical business cards; and (c) notes and other information you record about your contacts (together, "Lead Data").
8.2. You are the controller of Lead Data. As between you and Emelum, you (or, in a team workspace, the Workspace Owner or its principal) determine the purposes and means of processing Lead Data, and Emelum processes it only on your behalf and on your instructions, as your processor under the DPA.
8.3. Lawful basis warranty. You represent and warrant that you have, and will maintain, a valid lawful basis under applicable data protection law for collecting, storing, exporting, and contacting each Lead, and that you will provide any privacy notices required of you as controller. Scanning a physical business card that a person handed to you, and storing details a person chose to submit through your card page, will typically be within their reasonable expectations, but that assessment and its documentation are your responsibility, not ours.
8.4. Follow-up messages and anti-spam. BizKard does not send follow-up messages to your Leads. The "Auto Follow-Up" feature on your card page offers viewers a pre-addressed email draft that opens in the viewer's own email client, and the Service (including through the API/MCP endpoint, Section 5.4) can generate follow-up message drafts for you; in each case any message is sent by the person using their own email or messaging service, not by Emelum. When you contact Leads by your own means, including using contact details or drafts obtained from the Service, you are the sender and are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring you have the consent or other lawful basis required for each message under the marketing, anti-spam, and ePrivacy laws of every jurisdiction where your Leads are located, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive (and national implementations), and CAN-SPAM, as well as equivalent local laws; (b) honoring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly; and (c) including any legally required sender identification and disclosures. Emelum provides no notices and obtains no consents on your behalf. The only recurring email Emelum itself sends is a monthly analytics digest to card owners, which includes a one-click unsubscribe (see the Privacy Policy).
8.5. Card scanning. When you scan a physical business card, you confirm that the card was given to you (or to a person on whose behalf you lawfully act) by its owner or with the owner's knowledge, for the purpose of business contact. You may not scan or upload cards or contact details acquired in bulk, purchased, scraped, or otherwise obtained without a direct interaction (see the AUP).
8.6. You will maintain your own copies of Lead Data to the extent it is critical to you. Export features (including vCard export) are provided for this purpose.
9.1. Plans. The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid plans with differing features and limits: Free (USD 0: 3 cards, 1 team seat, basic analytics), Basic (USD 21 per month: 15 cards, 3 team seats), Pro (USD 49 per month: 50 cards, 10 team seats, AI card scanner, and other advanced features), and a one-time Card Credit Pack (USD 49: 100 additional cards, which do not expire). Subscriptions are billed monthly; no annual billing is currently offered. Current pricing and plan features are shown at bizkard.me. We may offer promotional coupons or campaign pricing from time to time; any additional conditions are stated with the offer.
9.2. Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe (integrated via our platform provider, Lovable), and renew automatically each period until cancelled. One-time purchases (such as the Card Credit Pack) are charged once at purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
9.3. No refunds. Fees are non-refundable except: (a) the Consumer withdrawal right in Section 10; (b) where a refund is required by applicable law; or (c) where expressly stated in these Terms (for example, Section 15.3(c)).
9.4. Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice (email or in-product). Changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, your remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect.
9.5. Payment failure. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. Access to paid features continues during a grace period of 14 days from the failed payment, after which we may downgrade your account to the free tier until payment is made.
9.6. Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable; downgrades take effect at the next renewal and may reduce features, card limits, and stored data availability. Cards or Leads exceeding a lower plan's limits may become read-only or inaccessible until you export or delete them or upgrade again.
9.7. Taxes. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes except where the law requires prices shown to Consumers to include VAT, in which case prices displayed to Consumers include applicable VAT. Business Users providing a valid EU VAT number may be subject to reverse-charge rules.
[COUNSEL] This Section implements the EU consumer withdrawal right for digital services; please verify against the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Directive 2011/83/EU as amended.
10.1. If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription contract within 14 days of concluding it (including each initial purchase, but not automatic renewals of an existing subscription to the extent permitted by law), without giving any reason.
10.2. To exercise the withdrawal right, notify us within the 14-day period by an unambiguous statement to support@bizkard.me (you may use the model withdrawal form under Estonian law, but it is not obligatory).
10.3. Immediate performance. When you purchase a paid subscription, we ask you to expressly request that we begin providing the paid service immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that: (a) if you withdraw during the 14-day period, you will owe us a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the moment you informed us of the withdrawal, and we will refund the remainder without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days; and (b) your withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express request and acknowledgment.
10.4. The withdrawal right applies in addition to, and does not limit, your cancellation right under Section 9.2 or any statutory remedies for non-conformity of the digital service.
11.1. Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence, provided through the Lovable AI Gateway: extraction of contact details from scanned business card images (Google Gemini vision models), voice-to-contact transcription and field extraction (OpenAI transcription and Google Gemini models), and AI-generated card header images (Google Gemini image model). Scanned card images and voice recordings are processed transiently to produce the extracted fields and are not stored by the Service. Follow-up message drafts are generated from fixed templates and do not use AI. See the Subprocessor List for the providers involved.
11.2. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Extracted contact details may be misread; generated content may contain errors or inappropriate material. You must review AI-assisted output before relying on it, saving it as a contact, or sending it to anyone. You are responsible for all use of AI-assisted output, including any message you send using extracted contact details or generated drafts. Due to the nature of AI, similar output may be generated for other users, and no right is granted in any underlying model. Emelum is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or breaches of third-party AI model providers. For Consumers, this Section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law and does not exclude our liability for lack of conformity of the Service itself. [COUNSEL]
12.1. Our ownership. Emelum and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, interfaces, documentation, and brand assets, and all usage data, telemetry, and system performance data generated by the operation of the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in the Agreement.
12.2. Your license to use the Service. Subject to the Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the subscription term (or, for the free tier, while your account is active) to access and use the Service for creating, publishing, and managing your digital business cards and contacts.
12.3. Your content. You retain all right, title, and interest in Card Content and Lead Data.
12.4. License to Emelum. You grant Emelum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (to subprocessors) license, for the duration of the Agreement, to host, copy, process, transmit, display (including publicly, for cards you choose to publish), and otherwise use Card Content and Lead Data as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service. You further grant Emelum a perpetual license to use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service (which does not identify you, your members, or any Lead) to improve, develop, and operate the Service and to produce statistics. Emelum does not use your Card Content or Lead Data to train AI models, and does not permit its AI providers to do so [COUNSEL: confirm this no-training commitment against the Lovable AI Gateway, Google, and OpenAI terms before publishing].
12.5. Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
13.1. Our processing of personal data relating to your account, billing, and use of the Service is described in the Privacy Policy, for which Emelum is the controller. Where we process Card Content of workspace members or Lead Data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under the DPA, and you (or your organization) are the controller.
13.2. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations as controller of Lead Data and workspace member data, including lawfulness of collection, notices to data subjects, and responses to data subject requests, as described in Sections 4 and 8 and the DPA.
14.1. We may suspend your access to the Service or any part of it, or unpublish any card, immediately and with or without prior notice, if we determine or reasonably suspect that: (a) you or a workspace member are in breach of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law; (b) your use poses a security risk to the Service or any third party, or could subject Emelum, its suppliers, or any third party to liability; (c) a card impersonates a person or organization or is used for fraud or deception; (d) suspension is required by law, a regulator, a court order, or a request of a competent authority; (e) fees remain unpaid after the grace period in Section 9.5; or (f) your usage is excessive or abusive relative to normal use in a way that degrades the Service for others.
14.2. Where practicable, we will notify you of a suspension and work with you to resolve the cause. We are not liable for damage resulting from a suspension applied in accordance with this Section, and no fees are refunded for suspension periods caused by your breach; for Consumers, this applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law. [COUNSEL]
15.1. Term. The Agreement runs from your acceptance until terminated under this Section.
15.2. Termination by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time in-product or through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period, and you may request closure of your account at any time by writing to support@bizkard.me (in-product account deletion is not yet available; see Privacy Policy Section 17).
15.3. Termination by us. We may terminate the Agreement or any workspace: (a) on notice if you materially breach the Agreement and, where the breach is curable, fail to cure it within 14 days of notice; (b) immediately and without a cure period for breaches of Section 6 (content warranties), Section 8 (lead and messaging obligations), or the AUP, for suspected illegal activity, or where required by law or to address a security incident; and (c) on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
15.4. Data retrieval window. For 30 days after termination or account closure, we will make your Card Content and Lead Data available for export in a common electronic format (including vCard for contacts) on written request to support@bizkard.me.
15.5. Deletion. After the retrieval window, we will delete or anonymize your Card Content and Lead Data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example accounting records) or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Published cards are unpublished no later than account closure.
15.6. Survival. Sections 1, 6, 8, 9 (amounts owed), 12, 15.4 to 15.6, and 16 through 21 survive termination.
16.1. FOR BUSINESS USERS: THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMELUM AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT EXTRACTED OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
16.2. If you are a Consumer: the disclaimer in Section 16.1 applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law. You retain all statutory rights and remedies regarding the conformity of the Service with the contract, including remedies for lack of conformity under the laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits them. [COUNSEL]
17.1. By Business Users. If you are a Business User, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Emelum, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (the "Emelum Parties") from and against any actual or threatened third-party claim, demand, suit, proceeding, or regulatory action, and all resulting damages, fines, penalties, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or relating to:
This indemnity is uncapped and is not subject to the limitations in Section 18.
17.2. Consumers. Section 17.1 does not apply to Consumers. If you are a Consumer, you are liable for damage caused to Emelum by your breach of the Agreement only in accordance with applicable law. [COUNSEL]
17.3. Procedure. We will notify the indemnifying party promptly of a claim (delayed notice only relieves you to the extent you are prejudiced), you will not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations or admissions on any Emelum Party without our prior written consent, and we may participate in the defense with counsel of our choice at our expense.
17.4. By Emelum. We will defend you against third-party claims alleging that the Service itself (excluding Card Content, Lead Data, AI output, and beta features), used as authorized, infringes a third-party intellectual property right valid in the European Union, and we will pay resulting damages finally awarded or agreed in settlement. If such a claim arises, we may procure the right for you to continue use, modify or replace the affected functionality, or terminate the affected part of the Service and refund prepaid unused fees. For Business Users, this Section states our entire liability and your exclusive remedy for infringement claims.
18.1. Exclusion of indirect damages (Business Users). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EMELUM PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUSINESS USERS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, USE, OR DATA, HOWEVER ARISING AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18.2. Aggregate cap (Business Users). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE EMELUM PARTIES TO A BUSINESS USER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AGREEMENT, UNDER ANY THEORY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EMELUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU USE THE SERVICE ON THE FREE TIER OR HAVE PAID NO FEES IN THAT PERIOD, THE EMELUM PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED EUR 100. THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT NOT INCREASED BY MULTIPLE CLAIMS OR INCIDENTS.
18.3. If you are a Consumer. Sections 18.1 and 18.2 apply to you only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to a Consumer: (a) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) for intentional breach or gross negligence; (c) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) under mandatory statutory remedies for non-conformity of the digital service; or (e) in any other case where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. Where a limitation is unenforceable against a Consumer, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits. [COUNSEL] Please verify the consumer liability carve-out against Estonian mandatory rules and the consumer's habitual-residence law under Rome I Article 6.
18.4. Specific exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (and, for Consumers, subject to Section 18.3), the Emelum Parties have no liability for: (a) third-party services, including AI model providers and payment processors, and their acts or omissions; (b) beta, preview, trial, or experimental features; (c) copies of your card or contact details saved or redistributed by card viewers; (d) suspension or termination actions applied under the Agreement; and (e) deletion of data after the windows in Section 15.
18.5. The parties agree that the disclaimers, exclusions, and caps in Sections 16 through 18 are, as between Emelum and Business Users, a fundamental part of the bargain and a reasonable allocation of risk given the nature and price of the Service.
19.1. We may update these Terms and the incorporated policies from time to time. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent in-product notice before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications and corrections) may take effect on posting.
19.2. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel before the effective date; a Consumer who does not accept a material adverse change may terminate the affected subscription before the effective date and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
20.1. The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence.
20.2. For Business Users, the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over all disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement. For Consumers, disputes may be brought before the Harju County Court in Tallinn or, where applicable law so provides, before the courts of the country of your habitual residence; where you are a Consumer domiciled in the EU/EEA, we will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your domicile. [COUNSEL] Please confirm the consumer jurisdiction clause against Brussels I bis Articles 17 to 19.
20.3. Consumer dispute resolution. If you are a Consumer in Estonia, you may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. EU Consumers may use the European Commission's dispute resolution mechanisms where available. Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
21.1. Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings on that subject; for Consumers, this does not exclude liability for pre-contractual statements where the law does not permit such exclusion.
21.2. Assignment. You may not assign the Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign the Agreement to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you; if you are a Consumer and the assignment reduces your rights, you may terminate and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
21.3. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder stays in effect.
21.4. No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
21.5. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure, cyber attacks, and governmental action; this does not excuse payment obligations.
21.6. Notices. We may give notice by email to your account email or in-product. You may give notice to legal@bizkard.me and, for formal legal notices, in writing to Emelum OÜ, Nõmme tn 30, Kärdla linn, Hiiumaa vald, 92412, Estonia.
21.7. Publicity. We may identify Business Users by name and logo as customers in our marketing unless they opt out by written notice. We do not use Consumers' names or cards in marketing without consent.
